The protagonists of the series are the three Kisugi sisters—Hitomi, Rui and Ai—who run a café called Cat's Eye. The sisters lead a double life as a trio of highly skilled art thieves, leaving cards with the name "Cat's Eye" at the scene of their crimes. They steal works of art that belonged to their long-missing father, Heinz who was a famous art collector during the Nazi regime, in the hopes of him contacting them. Toshio, the police officer investigating this case is the fiancé of Hitomi. He also swears to capture and bring down the Cat's Eye Gang.

On an unknown continent, there is a city called Satellite City No. 9. In this city, a screw straightening worker named Rui Li at the screw factory gradually realizes the unreality of the city in her monotonous daily work. With the help of a mysterious character named "Anull", Rui Li gains the superpower of "transformation" and becomes the thief "Sirius", secretly taking action to escape from here. When the truth of the world finally unfolds before her eyes, Rui Li discovers that her real battle has just begun.

Dog Pool. Worried about her weight, Karen Inukai decides to head to the pool and invites her friend Mike Nekotani to come along. Unbeknownst to the dog-phobic Nekotani, their destination is no regular swimming pool—it is a dog pool, where Inukai plans to play with her beloved Pochita. Unfortunately for the trio, Nekotani's fear of dogs soon puts their day of peaceful recreation in jeopardy. Gakuensai Date. The school festival is here, and Inukai has finally gotten a break from working at her class' dog cafe. She takes this opportunity to bring Pochita on a date, but the two immediately run into Inukai's self-proclaimed rival for Pochita's affection, Usagi Tsukishiro, who insists on tagging along. Their tour of the festival attractions soon brings them to a haunted house. When the horrors inside prove too much for both Inukai and Tsukishiro to handle, it is up to Pochita to calm the girls down.
