1. You must watch as many anime as possible
FALSE! Doesn't matter how many anime you have watched, it matters if you enjoyed them. If you watch anime only to say "i watched x number of anime", then you're not a real fan.
2. "I'm not watching this genre, i know i wont like it!"
Just take your time and try out every genre, you'll find out there are amazing anime from each different one. Be flexible.
3. LGBTQ anime have no plot and aren't worth watching
This is just homophobia. Try out BL/GL anime, some of them are really cute.
4. You must watch the anime AND read the manga to call yourself a fan
Wrong. You're a fan even if you only watched the anime/only read the manga.
5. Bad fanbase = Bad anime
False conception. The anime is the anime, the fandom is the fandom.
6. "Weak MC"
No MC is actually that weak, maybe they have a slower character developement, so people should stop complaining just because the MC isnt overpowered or doesn't fight that well. Have some patience.
