I'm so tired of people hyping up subbed anime and asking everyone to watch it in sub like it's the only "real" way to watch anime lmao. I think English feels more natural to me and helps me appreciate the show better.

How am I supposed to get the vibe of what’s happening if I’m squinting at tiny subtitles at the bottom of the screen, esp during epic fight scenes, like I'm here to watch action not read a book. If I wanted to read anyways, I could have just picked up a manga or a novel. Those small a$$ subtitles just ruin the whole flow of the show.

If you are one of the guys who ONLY watch anime in sub, Try watching JJK, KnY, Cowboy Bebop, Hellsing Ultimate, Black Lagoon, Death Note, FMAB, or AOT in dub. I’m telling you, these dubs are SO good, you’ll never go back to subs after gettingg a taste of the dub.

Also bro, watching subs doesn’t make you special or get you a j*b or anything. It’s just anime, You’re not better than anyone else just because you read subtitles. Don't think watching subs makes you superior, like you are some kind of "TRUE" anime fan. As a plus point of watching dub, you'll actually improve your english listening skils that can atleast have some use. Shoutout to "A guy who doesn't touch grass" for inspiring me ot make this post.

The only pros of watching sub is that a) you don't need to concentrate on the anime b) easier to remember their names (since japanese names are so hard to remember, and they all sound the same lol)
