Ok, as a veteran whos watching anime since 2012, i am very familiar to every animanga related changes in the past decade .
Ive seen a lot of post saying "my big 3 " or " your big 3 " which is absurd . It's not your Big 3 but "your Fav 3" Let me tell you,
why are they called big 3 ??
-So basically when animanga was not popular back then people used to vote the weekly shonen jump from 1 - 10. Every week/month One piece , naruto and HXH were very dominant compared to others ( not bleach) but due to its inconsistency HXH fell off and Bleach took the Spot. Then in few years they exploded in terms of popularity in western people and people started calling them Big 3 .
They were the top sold manga every week for very very very long time. The ( 1/2/3/) ranking betn One piece , naruto and bleach was very consistence for many years. so, they are called the big 3 .
People saying New big 3 is just openly disrespect to the influence and contribution of Big 3 anime to
Animanga industry.
Its not a opinion from a single person but from the whole anime community . So Cope with it. I am not saying they are the best anime, i ve seen a lot better animes than big 3 but I do respect the term big 3 that revived the anime/manga community when it was on the verge of collapsing
