Community is just a big industry, a part of business, if there is industry for review and production of commodities(anime and stuff) there should be a commerce too for trading of such products(anime) and we have that function, function of importing and exporting animes but there's point to be noted for business to import and export goods/services requires a permission from country and we don't take one, so is it illegal might be......or not hianime is not just a site it's.........
